I can't imagine that anyone could have more amazing friends than Kirk and I. After making plans with our very good friends (adopted son and daughter) Karin and David to go out one last time before we leave, they arrive to pick us up for our fun night. Now, mind you. We have been anticipating what we thought was going to be a great steak at a new, great steakhouse, and then dancing at Cowboys Dance Hall. We were ready! I can't even begin to relay to anyone reading this the role these two young people have protrayed in our lives. I will definitely give more details as time goes on. We finally arrive at the "Steakhouse", a beautiful building, what was once the old Clemens High School in Marion, TX. We enter, and "Surprise"!!!! Many of our neighbors (friends) from Pebble Beach and related friends as a result of living on Pebble Beach. Kirk and I were TOTALLY surpised. They did good to pull this one off. D & D's BBQ and awesome sides, desserts, drinks and music filled the night and our stomachs. Great fellowship and fun. I want to thank everyone for a Fabulous time. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful friends. Thanks to Keith and Melissa. You guys are awesome. Also, thanks to Ava, Dylan, Brock, and Emmy for the gorgeous centerpieces.
